Pro Testimonial - Bermuda Men's National Team GK Dale Eve
"John Moreira lead myself, Jahquil Hill and Quinacio Hunt through the fight of the 2019 Concacaf Gold Cup. Although the team itself did not push past the first round, the goalkeeping warriors won the country’s respect with an impressive showcase of matches. Tough training sessions and a top scoring save record shows just how important it is to have a top class coach. I wouldn’t have been ready without the man himself"

Testimonial for ESGA Founder on Return from National Duty
"John Moreira is an awesome coach. We have worked together for a few years now in the Bermuda national team. He has a great one on one approach with us goal keepers. I have had my own personal issues in and around the game with former UK Premier league club Stoke city and Bermuda First team squad and John never gave up on believing in me. He has been an amazing mentor and Coach. We have sat in and talked on numerous occasions to help better myself and my goalkeeping. His sessions and drills are very technical and we assess, discuss and correct all areas of my goalkeeping where need be. I can always look to John for guidance and advice on and off the pitch. We keep in contact even whilst we aren’t on a campaign together and I always get an honest opinion from such a great coach. He has worked with many top level GK’s and coaches" - Dale Eve, Pro Goalkeeper

Former ESGA Student finding success in Spain
Former ESGA Student Philip Tear updates the academy on his recent success and how ESGA helped him pursue his dream: "I am Philip Tear, a 19-year-old Swedish goalkeeper and an Euro Star alumni. During my time in Canada, I trained with John and Euro Star. I had private sessions with him about two times a week and participated in the clinics. I moved back home where I finished high school and after moved to Spain to follow my dreams of becoming a professional goalkeeper. I played in the third division, after a successful season, C.D. Tenerife signed me, where I currently play for the B team. In the past three weeks I have had the opportunity to train with the first-team. Last season they were only one goal away from being promoted to La Liga (First division). It has been a great experience and I have learned a lot, training alongside two goalkeepers who have previously played for Real Madrid. A large part of my success has been due to the extra hours I trained with John and Euro Star. I am, however, fully aware that this is just the start of a long journey ahead of me". Well done and best of luck in your future endeavours Philip!

ESGA Student Success Story
John, I would like to thank you for the gloves, Matty loves them. Thought you'd also want to know that your sessions with him are really starting to show on the pitch. He has received "man of the match" honours on his last three SAAC Games. He is turning 9, playing with the RVDL U11 boys team. Your sessions have provided him with confidence in his positioning, making difficult shots look easy, and eliminating the constant need to dive. He is also displaying exceptional technique and decision making on the pitch. I really want to thank you and you're training staff, as a parent I am really happy with the quality of training. Well Done Matthew!
